C.F. Olsen Homes’ Move-up Program Will Save You Money

Because we value our customers, we don’t charge you a dime for the cost of marketing and selling your home after you’ve committed to purchase a new C.F. Olsen home. Whereas real estate agents and other marketing representatives would have you give them a commission, we only ask for a small transaction fee of $660 for working with C.F. Olsen Homes and the Ascent Real Estate Agent Group. You do, however, have the option of paying a buyer’s agent three percent if they find you a buyer. If C.F. Olsen Homes finds you a buyer, you don’t have to pay anything. For the customers who choose the Move-up program offered by C.F. Olsen homes, there is an average savings of $10,000 that you can put toward your new home!

C.F. Olsen Homes will then meet with you to at your home and assist in establishing a market value for your property. The only fees in the transaction will be a $660 transaction fee from Ascent Real Estate Group Brokerage.

You as a buyer have the option of paying a buyer’s agent 3 percent if they bring a buyer, but, if C.F. Olsen Homes finds a buyer, you save more than 95 percent of what a normal real estate agent fee would be.

In a few days we're moving into our new home built by Chris Olsen and CF Olsen Homes. We couldn't be happier with the result.
This was the first time we've built a home and we had doubts about the process. Chris made everything as pain free as possible. He listened to our ideas and our wish list and incorporated them into a functional, affordable custom plan. He was willing to make as many changes to the plan as we wanted to make it perfect for us. We were then able to make color and cabinet choices at CF Olsen's design studio.

CF Olsen builds its cabinets in-house and the care, quality and craftsmanship shines through. We got exactly what we wanted and were able to pick and choose additional features, like built in spice racks, glass doors and silverware trays.We were amazed at the personal attention we received. Even though he frequently builds larger, more expensive homes, Chris always made us feel like our home was the most important one on his list. I moved into my CF Olsen home little more than a year ago. I went to Chris Olsen with a custom house plan that I fell in love with on the internet. Chris took my plans and made them my beautiful and quality built home. Chris and his family/team went above and beyond in helping me with my plans and in picking colors and materials. I didn’t feel like I was just another house to be built, I felt like they were excited to be part of it all. I have had so many people comment on the extra details in my home that a typical builder does not add, and these were not upgrades just the details that CF Olsen includes in their building. There were a couple things I added to my plans, Chris made sure he found me the best price and quality so I could build my custom home and stay in my budget. Chris always kept me up to speed on delays or issues that needed to be addressed during the building period.

I have recommended CF Olsen to friends and strangers who are looking to build a home. If I ever build again I would definitely call Chris/CF Olsen. The only thing I had to call about and have fixed after moving in was a couple exterior siding issues. Chris was on top of these guys until they came out and fixed them.
