Welcome to C.F. Olsen Homes warranty. Prior to submitting your warranty request please follow the steps below.

1. If the item is an emergency please refer to you homeowner manual for instructions on Page 90.
2. Refer to the Caring for your home and maintenance tabs in your homeowner manual for troubleshooting and warranty guidelines.
3. Once you determine that the item is covered by C.F. Olsen Homes warranty, please send one warranty request itemizing all warranty concerns.
4. Please allow 48 business hours for response back from C.F. Olsen Homes.

Following these steps allows C.F. Olsen Homes to quickly determine what needs to be done and will allow us to assist you more effectively with your request.
